God Is Always At Work

What has God done in your life lately? "Nothing" some will simply say. God is always at work in our lives. We can't always see that because as humans we are so involved in ourselves instead of seeing the big picture. God could try to show one something, but one is too worried or simply distracted by other things. Sometimes, God will shake someone's life up to get their attention. He created us and he knows what we need. He also knows what we can and can't handle. He blesses people abundantly all the time, but when something good happens to a person the person thanks themself instead of God. Our testimonies could save someone else because everyone goes through something awful and struggles with certain things. He created us and loves us more than anything. :) May there be peace within each soul who is struggling to believe God doesn't do anything because he does. He can move a mountain! He can take away pain, restore peace and joy, heal sickness, anything you name it. If one's life is awful, all they have to do is change it. Call on Jesus and he will show up.

"May you be blessed by The Lord, who made heaven and earth." Psalms 115:15 NLT.

My Wedding Day

I recently got married on November 23rd, 2013. It was the best day of my life. I got to commit myself to this man in front of all the family and friends for life. He is my soul mate and I couldn't see being married to anyone else but him. He is the definition of a good Godly man. I love him with all of my heart, soul, and mind. Everything changed that day; including my last name. He is my best friend and my lover. He makes me a better person and is always teaching me new things. He is always kind and sweet to me. We are a perfect definition of love. I've never met anyone like him. He is like a big teddy bear. The wedding was wonderful! Full of joy, tears, and laughs. The song "A thousand miles by the piano guys instrumental" was on when I walked down the aisle. I was incredibly nervous because all eyes were on me, but I also felt very beautiful in my dress. It was a $500 dress I got on sale for $100 at a Bridal shop. My grandpa made our cake for us. Family helped us out a lot. Jeffrey's grandparents took the pictures. I did my makeup and my mom did my hair. I did the food. I spent about $1,000 on the whole wedding itself leaving us money leftover for our house. A small wedding was perfect for us. God blessed us very much to give us each other.
